Gauges

Gauges are simple to install and easy to use. Mechanical gauges do not require any wiring. Gauges are ideal for providing a general indication of processing conditions including contamination build-up on screen packs. Digital gauges can be used to shut down the extruder before rupture disks are blown.

Transducers and Transmitters

Pressure transducers paired with an indicator provides more accurate means of monitoring pressure than gauges. Transducers can be used to measure screw performance, and the stability of the extruder output, as well as providing the necessary pressure readings for automatic screen changes to operate. Transducers pared with pressure controllers are used to control screw speed in a effort to produce constant extruder output.

3100 Series: Standard 1/2 -20UNF Thread. FDA approved oil fill with 6 pin connector.
