Extruder Screens
ECS makes sourcing extruder screens easy with our:
- Low ($30) minimum order requirement.
- Huge inventory of common sizes, meshes and materials for immediate shipment.
In addition, our manufacturing assets include hundreds of dies in various shapes and sizes, a warehouse full of wire cloth, and a crew of dedicated craftsmen to make what you need, when you need it.
Screen Packs
We are able to produce welded screen packs, per your requirement. We will weld jobs of as few as 100 pieces or 1000's, to fit your needs. We can also bind the screens with an outer rim of aluminum or copper, sizes per available tooling.
Screen Cylinders and Candle Filters
We stock many common sizes and mesh combinations of cylinder shaped wire cloth filters. We can also produce cylinders to order. Seam weld only, welded seams and ends, tapered end cylinders, all are variations we have made. We also supply candle filters for your more demanding filtration requirements.
